David is admitted as an English solicitor and heads up our English law, corporate law and cross-border offering. Prior to joining Parslows International, he was the managing partner and head of corporate of Burlingtons Legal, a boutique London practice, and before that he was a corporate and commercial partner at Howard Kennedy.
He has nearly 20 years’ experience of advising on corporate and commercial law matters, acting for State owned-enterprises and listed companies as well as SMEs and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of sectors. Based in London, he has particular expertise in managing transactions with an International element.
