Corporate & Commercial Law
Alexis has over 20 years’ experience of advising on commercial and corporate law matters in Ireland, as well as in England & Wales. He is admitted in both jurisdictions and regularly acts for clients on English and Irish law matters.
He has worked in both private practice and in-house roles, including as counsel for a number of multi-national organisations, in their UK and Irish head offices within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and marketing sectors. These have included the Waterford-Wedgwood Group and The Grass Roots Group.
As well as advising on corporate and company law matters, he drafts, negotiates and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, including in relation to software, IT, and intellectual property rights.
He has particular expertise in data protection, regulatory and compliance issues, and holds a PDP Practitioner’s Certificate in Data Protection.
