David Hill
Corporate and Commercial, Cross Border & International Transactions
David heads up our English law, corporate and commercial law, Cross border and International Transaction offering. Prior to joining Parslows International, he was the managing partner and head of corporate of Burlingtons Legal, a boutique London practice, and before that he was a corporate and commercial partner at Howard Kennedy.
He has nearly 20 years’ experience of advising on corporate and commercial law matters, acting for State owned-enterprises and listed companies as well as SMEs and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of sectors. Based in London, he has particular expertise in managing transactions with an International element.

Carl Parslow
Commercial Property
Carl is head of our Commercial Property department. He is based in our Jersey office. Prior to Parslows, Carl was at Bedell Cristin and prior to that Ogier. He has over twenty years experience advising both corporates and individuals on a range of property matters.

Alexis Colfer
Commercial Law
Alexis consults for Parslows International and has over 20 years’ experience of advising on English and Irish Law matters.
He has worked in both private practice and in-house roles, including as counsel for a number of multi-national organisations in their UK and Irish head offices within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and marketing sectors. These have included the Waterford-Wedgwood Group and The Grass Roots Group.
As well as advising on corporate and company law matters, he drafts, negotiates and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts including in relation to software, IT, and intellectual property rights.
He has particular expertise in data protection, regulatory and compliance issues, and holds a PDP Practitioner’s Certificate in Data Protection.
Extremely commercially focused and practical in his approach, Alexis is a senior consultant, particularly for our commercial law and Irish law offering.

Jennie Harrison
Corporate and Commercial
Jennie has a wealth of experience across a wide range of company and commercial law matters gained from her work both in private practice (including Irwin Mitchell, London) and in-house roles with the likes of Tesco Stores Limited.
Jennie, who has been practising for over 15 years, is well versed in all manner of commercial contracts including negotiating with a number of FTSE 100 companies and advising on such areas as earn out agreements, IT/IP contracts, IT services agreements, franchise, distributorship, confidentiality, exclusivity, agency and commission agreements as well as contracts for supply of telephony systems (hardware, software and design services) and digital platforms. She also has significant experience advising on JVAs and partnership agreements.
